For orders outside of the UK & the Russian Federation:
Orders shipped outside of the UK and Russia may be subject to local duties and taxes in the country of delivery. Tatangé does not cover any local clearance fees, duties or taxes due on delivery of your package in your country outside of the UK.
Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, with the relevant tracking number.

Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging and box and in original condition
- Returned items must be unwashed and have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. and we’ll get back to you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure to clearly state the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or to exchange the item for something else.
For all returns, except in the case of an exchange request, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item(s) to us. You will also be required to arrange and pay for the return of any subsequent exchange request.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and once the refund has been processed. Refunds will be processed immediately once approved, however please remember that it can take up to 30 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Tatangé prides itself on creating high quality, limited edition pieces. Each individual item is rigorously checked by our quality control team prior to any orders being released to our customers. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Tatangé reserves its right to refuse any refund or exchange request on returned items that have been damaged and any such item(s) will be sent back to the customer.
